As a former dentist (I did not enjoy the profession and chose an alternative career after several years of practice), I consider myself able to evaluate and grade a dental practice.
Dr. Brinkerhoff and his staff are absolutely fabulous. As a patient, I can attest to his skills;- virtually painless local anesthesia injections, and extraordinary technical skills. He is kind, empathetic, and professional.
His office employs the latest of dental technology including high definition dental cameras, low radiation x-ray machines, and every comfort for anxious patients. I was even offered sexy-looking sunglasses to avoid the glare of the harsh dental lights.
Most importantly, I trust Dr. Brinkerhoff's diagnoses and treatment plans.
It is very easy for less scrupulous dentists to recommend all kinds of fillings and treatments for financial considerations. His recommendations were well-diagnosed, intelligent, and conservative.
Finally, I cannot overly praise Sydni, one of the hygienists at that office.
She is very kind and incredibly meticulous.
In conclusion, if you are looking for a kind, skilled, and trustworthy dentist with highly competent hygienist in Northern Utah, call this office.
